The rubber bearing of the cast-in-place beam device is more convenient. The construction sequence is as follows:

2, on the bearing pad stone according to the planning drawing to mark the bearing azimuth center line, together on the rubber bearing also marked cross interspersed center line, the rubber bearing is placed on the pad stone, so that the center line of the bearing coincides with the center line of the planning azimuth on the pier and abutment, the bearing in place accurately.
3. Two or four supports of the same beam should be on the same plane. In order to facilitate leveling, a layer of cement mortar can be spread between the rubber support and the pad stone before pouring, so that the support can be actively leveled under the gravity of the beam.
4. Before pouring the concrete beam body, a supporting steel plate slightly larger than the bearing plane shall be added on the rubber bearing, and the anchor steel bar shall be welded on the steel plate to connect with the beam body. This supporting steel plate (commonly known as: "beam body steel plate") is cast as part of the cast-in-place beam formwork. In order to avoid slurry leakage, the open space around between the supporting steel plate and the formwork can be filled with cork boards. In the future, when the template is removed, the cork board will be removed. According to the above construction, the rubber bearing can be closely attached to the steel plate at the bottom of the beam and the top surface of the pad stone.
